What is a digital product?
Digital products purchased from the HOYTS Gift Shop include E-Gift Cards, E-Vouchers and other E-Voucher packages. Any product which is not physical and requiring postage is considered a digital product.

How long until my order is delivered?
Orders for digital products may take up to 48 hours to be delivered to the recipient's email. 

Orders scheduled to be delivered on a nominated date may be delivered to the recipient's email anytime on the nominated delivery date. Delivery before 12pm midday is not guaranteed.

We encourage customers to check their junk & spam folders as well as the recipient’s email after this period if the digital product has not been received. Some email addresses have security settings that may block the delivery of your e-product, which is outside HOYTS control.

If the recipient’s email has been entered in incorrectly, please provide your order number when you submit a request.
