Yes, you can redeem your voucher online!
To redeem your voucher online, visit our website, www.hoyts.com.au or www.hoyts.co.nz and select the cinema and session that you’d like to see.
Please follow the steps below to redeem your Voucher online;
1. Select the Cinema location, date and movie session
2. Choose your seats on the Cinema map and click 'Proceed'
3. At the bottom of the ticket menu next to the Voucher option, click 'Add'
Enter the Voucher number and PIN into the box and click 'Redeem Voucher'.
4. Once the Voucher has been added, you will receive a success message.
This confirms the Voucher has applied 1 x ticket to your booking.
5. If you selected more seats on the Cinema Map, add any other Vouchers
or additional tickets from the menu as needed.
eg. If you would like to book 2 x seats and have 2 x Vouchers to redeem, you would leave all other ticket types as 0 and redeem your second Voucher for the remaining seat.
6. Click 'Proceed' to continue to the next step.
NB: do not place a quantity next to a ticket type unless you require the purchase of additional tickets.
Important Information
- You will be asked to pay the online booking fee for each ticket when redeeming online. Redeeming Vouchers in-cinema at the Box Office or Kiosk does not incur an online booking fee.
- Additional upgrade fees may apply depending on the movie and/or session type attended (e.g. 3D, DBOX, Xtremescreen, APEX, IMAX) and your Voucher's specific Terms and Conditions.
- Some Vouchers have certain restrictions. If you are receiving an error message, be sure to check your Voucher's T&Cs to confirm your chosen session is eligible and not excluded.
- A maximum of 20 vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction online.
Family Vouchers

Family Vouchers are redeemable for four (4) general admission tickets for either:
- two (2) adults and (2) children, OR
- one (1) adult and three (3) children - If you would like to redeem all four tickets from your Family Voucher, enter your Voucher three more times.
- You will be asked to pay the online booking fee for each ticket.
