Frequently Asked Questions

If you would like to change your seat selection, this can be done by clicking the "Change Seats" button in your Booking Confirmation Email. To swap your booking to a different session, movie, experience or cinema location, please cancel and create a new booking for your preferred session.

Swapping an Online Booking

To request a refund, click the 'Cancel Booking' button in your Booking Confirmation email and follow the prompts. Most tickets are refundable up to 30 minutes prior to the session start time, depending on the ticket type and timing.

Cancelling an Online Booking

Gift Cards are applied at the final stage of checkout in the Payment Menu. After selecting your seats, tickets and Candy Bar items, click 'Apply Gift Card' and enter your Gift Card Number and PIN in the fields provided and click 'Apply'.

Redeeming a HOYTS Gift Card

Vouchers need to be applied in the Ticket Menu. When you see the option to add Adult or Child tickets, look for Voucher at the bottom of the list and click 'Add'. Enter your Voucher Number and PIN in the fields provided and click 'Redeem Voucher'.
