• Can I redeem a HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher at ACE HOYTS Rockingham?
  Yes, you can redeem a HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher at any HOYTS cinema including ACE HOYTS Rockingham.
   
• How long is the expiry on my HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher? 
  All HOYTS Gift Cards and Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
   
• Can I get a replacement HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher if mine is lost, stolen or damaged? 
  Gift Cards and Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
   

ACE Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased prior to Friday 1st May 2026:

• I have an ACE Gift Card and/or Voucher, is this valid for use at ACE HOYTS Rockingham?
  Guests with a valid ACE Gift Card or Voucher issued prior to Friday 1st May 2026 will be reissued with a HOYTS Voucher(s) to the same value of the remaining balance.
  At point of reissue, guests can choose between HOYTS Adult Vouchers, HOYTS LUX Vouchers, or a combination of both to the same value.
   

• How do I redeem my new HOYTS Voucher(s)?

  The reissued HOYTS Vouchers will only be redeemable at Rockingham. They cannot be redeemed at another HOYTS cinema. The vouchers can be redeemed in cinema, via the HOYTS website and HOYTS app for movie tickets at ACE HOYTS Rockingham.
   

• Where can I use HOYTS Gift Cards or HOYTS Vouchers purchased from ACE HOYTS Rockingham after the Friday 1st May 2026?
  HOYTS Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased from ACE HOYTS Rockingham can be used at any HOYTS around Australia. Only reissued HOYTS Vouchers must be used at ACE HOYTS Rockingham.
