Birthday rewards are provided to members who have entered a valid date of birth into their account details at least 24 hours before their birthday anniversary.

A Birthday email will be sent to all members who have done this correctly and have confirmed that they want to receive emails from HOYTS.

Birthday rewards can be redeemed once per 12 months and are forfeited 30 days after they have been issued.
